These terms govern your use of sattvastack.com and youth.sattvastack.com and your participation in any SattvaStack program. SattvaStack is an initiative by ("we", "us"), which operates the site and the programs. By creating an account, applying, registering or paying, you agree to them.
1. What we provide
Guidance on a daily routine drawn from the classical Indian texts, delivered through a member dashboard, calls with a guide, email and messaging. It is educational lifestyle coaching. It is not medical, psychological or nutritional treatment, and it does not replace advice from a qualified professional. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take medication that affects sleep or appetite, consult your doctor before changing your routine.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be 18 or older to purchase a program. Students under 18 may attend a campus seminar with their institution's arrangement. You are responsible for keeping your login private and for what happens under your account. Give us accurate information; we rely on it to run your program.
3. Applications, payment and enrolment
An application is not a place. Your place is secured when payment is received, after which we schedule your discovery call, which is Day 1. The fee is stated to you after your application and before payment, in USD or INR. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not see or store card details.
4. Cancellation and refunds
As set out in the cancellation and refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
5. Your part
The program works only if you do the daily practices and attend the calls. Missed calls can be rescheduled once within the same week where the guide's calendar allows. We may end a program without refund where a member is abusive to a guide or another member.
6. Content and intellectual property
The practice library, the field guide, the letters, the audit and all program material are ours or used with permission. You may use them for your own practice and print them for yourself. You may not sell, republish or use them to run a program of your own.
7. Privacy
How we handle your information is described in the privacy policy.
8. Liability
You take part at your own risk and remain responsible for your own health decisions. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected with a program is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept it. The version in force when you paid applies to that purchase.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of the operator's registered location have jurisdiction.
