SattvaStack is a 21-day program that rebuilds the shape of a person's day on the daily routine described in the classical Indian texts, with a guide who keeps that routine and with the sleep and attention research beside every practice. It is an initiative by .
What we do
Members apply, secure their place with one payment, and begin with a discovery call. Over three weeks they keep five core practices (rise before the sun, morning light, sitting, an early dinner, bed by ten) plus three chosen for them, with a daily check-in and weekly calls with their guide. After Day 21 they choose whether to continue and how.
Alongside the program, the site offers a free practice library of one hundred Vedic daily practices with their sources, a free lifestyle audit, a printable field guide, and a Sunday letter that walks one Vedic day over twelve weeks. SattvaStack Youth brings the same routine to colleges through seminars, short courses and retreats.
What it is built on
The dinacharya of Ashtanga Hridaya and Charaka Samhita, the Bhagavad Gita on measured living and self-command, and current research on circadian timing, sleep consistency and attention. Every practice in the library cites its verse and its study. Science supports the routine; it does not replace it.
