The 21-Day Reset
- Before your discovery call: cancel for any reason and receive a full refund. Email us; nothing else is needed.
- After the discovery call and before Day 1: a refund of the amount paid less a fixed charge for the guide's preparation and the call, stated on your receipt.
- From Day 1 onwards: no refund, because the program is personalised and your guide's three weeks are committed to you. If illness or a family emergency stops you, write to us: we will pause your program and restart it when you are ready, at no charge.
Continuation plans and payment links
A continuation plan can be cancelled for a full refund until it starts. Once it has started, the rules above apply from its first day.
Youth programs
Seminars are free. For the seven-morning course, a full refund until the first morning, none after. For the three-day retreat, a full refund until fourteen days before arrival, half until seven days before, none after that, because the stay and the food are booked in your name. If we cancel a program, you receive a full refund whatever the date.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay and normally arrive within five to seven working days, depending on your bank. To request one, email from the address you paid with, with the payment id from your receipt.
